• Barrie
    My Brother & Best Man
My brother Barrie encompasses not only a great brother, but a great friend, a great dad and a great husband. That list could go on for a long time. He is my best man and that title fits like a glove. It wasn't too long ago that we were high school kids getting into trouble. If I asked you to guess which one of us had more stitches from Mexico you would likely choose me and you would be wrong. The point of this is that in all of these adventures and a very long list of my questionable decisions, he was right there with me. That's what brothers are for.
  • Mr. P
    Dad aka Mr. P
    My Pop & VIP
My brother and I always said, "you're more like the old man." For example I felt that my brother and dad were all business all the time. Serious about everything and sleep when I'm dead kind of guys. My brother saw the opposite. That we are very outgoing, love to cut loose, and party even at inappropriate times. Like when Mom is expecting us home at 1 for lunch and instead we wound up getting hammered at a bar with Uncle Butch til midnight. Kevin once said, "you guys are both exactly like your old man, just in different ways". I think he's right and it makes me proud.
  • Troy
    My Best Friend & VIP
Here's to The Dangler. Truly the very best friend you could ask for. He took his vacation to help me move to Alaska and thank god he did or I might still live in Smithers Canada. There is nothing in the world I wouldn't do for Troy and I know he feels the same. One night we locked our dogs in the house on accident and Luke and I showed up around midnight after work only to find Troy elbow deep in dog crap. One of the best, if not the best person I know, Troy is often the voice of reason that I sorely need when my brother is not around. Thanks for everything, and I love you buddy.
  • Kevin
    Friend & VIP
Kevron has been one of my best buddies for as long as I can remember. I still remember going to cousins all those times the morning after we tied one on. We'd eat a sub, try to piece the night together, then go home and start it all over again. In high school one time Kevin and I TP’d his own house so we could watch Steve clean it all up. And god knows how many Mexico trips there've been with Roger Clyne shows and OTL domination. One thing was certain, if we didn’t make any trips to the red cross then we failed. And we never failed! Kevin has agreed to dazzle us all by playing acoustic guitar at our wedding. Thanks Kevron.
  • The Luke
    The Luke
    Friend & VIP
I met Luke working at UPS and we lived together for just over a year in what we called, "the easter egg house". Luke slept all day and this bothered me because I had nobody to play with. At 9am I would bang on his door as hard as I could and I'd hear Luke jump and yell "Jesus Christ." I often did the same when he was on the toilet. We used to have 5 pound deep dish pizza eating contests, then proceeded to play Super Smash Brothers until 3 am. By the end of the night with out fail, we were talking about masturbation. One of the best times of my life was living with The Luke And Troy in that easter egg house.
  • Adam
    Friend & VIP
The Anayalator, what can I say. From "don't you lie to me Bruce, how bad is it? On a scale of 1 to 10?" To thinking we were drinking 4 dollar pitchers of miller light at 10am at hooters on Cardinals gameday. Only to get our 140 dollar check and realizing we were wrong. Then tailgaiting after the game until our ride showed up. That was a messy shitshow of a day. Adam never missed events or Mexico trips. Always down to party and drink tequila. And for that I thank you Adam! Remember our 1 on 1 beer pong tourney? And how could we forget, "The Jager Night!"
  • Steve
    Friend & VIP
The following takes place at 5am while Steve and I pass the keg tap back and forth still on a bender. "Mr. P. What are you doing up?" Pop-"Going to work." Steve-"Man, it must suck to have a job." Then I overheard my dad ask my mom, "why is there a 15 year old drinking in our living room?" Steve is the man! One day after work I called steve and asked him if he wanted to go to San Diego for a Charger game. He asked "when?" I said "now" and he said, "OK." Great trip and worst hangover EVER! Nobody can give me the business quite like Steve can. If i didn't know any better I would think all of my favorite athletes are gay thanks to Steve.

    Ben Andersen
    DJ Swookie Monster & VIP
Swook doesn’t seem to stay in one place for long but he will always make time for you. When I hit a rough patch in my life I could always count on Swook. He would come kick it until 5am and make me realize that with friends like these, things are never that bad. Swook will be putting the music together for our wedding and was thrilled when we asked him to take on the job. Thanks Swook.

When my brother first moved down to Tucson it was with a program to be an equipment manager with the U of A football team. Luck would have it one other guy who also enrolled late was in need of a roommate . That roommate was Lane. Barrie called me and said "Dude, it's like living with you." I thought, this guy must be awesome! It wasn't more than a week later that I was meeting Lane for the first time and destroying my brother's apartment and thinking, "man Barrie's lucky, because this guy is awesome!
  • Anthony
    Friend & VIP
When P and I started hanging out, it was like we were old friends. We dominated bags, darts, beer pong and frolf. We crushed it in softball and saturday morning volleyball! Nothing but good times with P and Bastien at our Granmercy games! Great BBQ's and 10 o'clock tequilas. The first tequila night at P's house, I woke up in my underwear in the backseat of a strange car in somebody's garage. Turns out it was P's garage and God knows how I got there.
  • Steve
    Friend & VIP
I met Bastien through P when we were roommates. More than a few benders later we were good buddies. This guys competitive side, rivals that of the 2nd rooster in the hen house. He would turn anything into a contest and then call you a bitch for not playing. Good shit Steve. Soon enough he became a great friend and another Steve on the list of my friends named Steve.
  • Sean
    Cousin & VIP
Cousin Sean is not actually my cousin. He is the son of my Mom's best friend. I treat this kid like a brother, because that's how I feel about him. We had a blast in OB, trolling the beaches, going to the horse races, and a Weezer concert together. My first encounter with Sean that I really remember, was at his little sister's birthday party. Sean was probably 4 or 5 years old. Every present that his sister opened, he would steal from her and bring to me. No matter the protest that he got from his sister Stephanie, every present was re-gifted from Sean to me. It was hilarious.
  • Kenny
    Cousin & VIP
Kenneth Wayne Ortega, the little mexican brother that I never had. I had years of fun picking on Kenny much the way I imagine older brothers haze younger brothers. I once body slammed Kenny out of joy from the Chargers victory over the Giants in 2009. What a game! From paintball to video games and Charger football to Alaska, this kid has been there with me every step of the way.

  • Lizzy
My Sister & Maid of Honor
Lizzy, My dear sister. whom I love to absolute pieces! Im so proud and lucky to call you my sister! "Sister. She is your mirror, shining back at you with a world of possibilities. She is your witness, who sees you at your worst and best, and loves you anyway. She is your partner in crime, your midnight companion, someone who knows when you are smiling, even in the dark. She is your teacher, your defense attorney, your personal press agent, even your shrink..." - Barbara Alpert
  • Karen
Matron of Honor & Best Friend
Karen is my best friend in the universe. We met on Prom night 1995 and my life was forever changed. I remember having picnics on the hood of her old cadillac "floats," and cruising the Castro blaring christmas music in the middle of summer. We also would wear our fanciest dresses to do laundry at the laundromat, or to jump on the trampoline. Then there was moving to Las Vegas, Karen's wedding at 3AM, and Audrey dancing to "Apple bottom jeans, boots with the fur..."
  • Becky
    Friend & VIP
Becky, the one and only! My half Moon Bay Superfriend! You're the reason I feel like I'm from H.M.B. My piece of home, loyal, loving, fun friend I will have until the end of time! I'm your adopted sister. We will eternally be planning our next visit and counting down. I cannot imagine my life without you Rebecky.
  • Katy G
    Katy G
    Friend & VIP
Katy and I became friends after Flight Attendant School, and nobody's gotten our names straight since! We may not see each other too often, but when we do, we pick up right where we left off. I smile when I think of the cheers we invented for our Giants' players. She always introduced me to new music, and we love to dance. We once completed a half marathon at Disneyland, and the hardest time I ever laughed in my life was on a red eye flight together. We have so many other memories it would take hours to list. I love her attitude, and I'm always learning from you Katy!
  • Katie
    Friend & VIP
Katie is a great friend and someone I've shared so much with! It was so much fun being nannies together and roomies in our fantastic condo. Katie is one of my favorite party girls for any old night of the week. Whether we are celebrating, commiserating, "talking about our periods", or checking for scoliosis; with Katie, it will always be an adventure!
  • Trinka
    Friend & VIP
Trinka and I were practically room-mates at the NU library! Trinka was the best part of Nursing School, and I couldn't have made it without her or her family! She always made me feel like I was part of her family and I'm very honored that she did. Trinka to me is Super Woman! I don't know how she does it, but I look forward to a lifelong friendship. Trinka, you inspire me!
  • Monica
    Friend & VIP
When I think of Monica, I think how much I love her! She wass my teacher (literally), but also a friend, a mother, a counselor, a mentor, and the list goes on! Meeting her was a milestone event in my life. She helped me learn about myself. I love laughing with her, and having tea parties with the dogs. Whenever I have a hard decision to make or I'm analyzing life, I just think of your words of wisdom. "Mecca lecca high, Mecca Hiney Ho!"

4:00 pm

Our celebration will take place at the beautiful
Casa Del Prado in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA.

The ceremony will be held on patio A, followed by a reception dinner and dance party on patio B just a few steps away.

For our out of town guests, fly into the San Diego International Airport
(airport code SAN). For local accommodations near Balboa Park click here.

There will be a cocktail hour held at 3:00pm before the wedding ceremony. Following the ceremony, heavy hor'derves and cake will be served at the reception, as well as, beer, wine, and cocktails. It could get chilly once the sun goes down, so be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket just in case.

Warning: This is a Family event, children are welcome, but as the night progresses, the music can get vulgar and behavior rowdy!

If you have any questions about any of the above, feel free to email us.
